I think the recruitment process is disgraceful. I would never recommend a child who wanted to find a great group of girls and be considered for her outstanding grades, civic service, and Christian heart ( and she's gorgeous) ever participate in a process that impacts self-esteem and confidence in such a negative way. Texas tech should figure out a way to make recruitment different
