unfortunately she will more than likely be dropped first day by every sorority with a 2.6. She could be bff with every member of the chapter, stunning, amazing recs and conversation and will most likely still be dropped. Most sororities don't take juniors and to my knowledge all of the sororities cut for grades so low, and the combination pretty much makes it impossible. I think everyone might as well go through recruitment and put their best foot forward, but I would save the money and heartache if I were her.
