I'd say tri delt and zeta are both better than kappa, but they just got a new house which might have moved them up in ranks. I also say AXO will move up with their new lodge. And I'd put APhi above Theta, based on looks and involvement (though their GPA is lower than Theta.) BUT I think everyone can agree on which houses are "top, middle, bottom" even if the order is different.
