It will be a years at least. Chi Psi's first task getting good will be: 100+ active members and a lodge. Both of which will take TKE, LXA(Might have leased EX's lodge), and Chi Psi years to get seeing how all three of these chapters/colonies have ~100 guys combined. On top of that, there are too many fraternities on campus all ready, and the amount of guys rushing is increasing too slow to keep pace with growth for everybody. I can see these guys being good in small greek terms, but big greek is a hole other stratosphere.
