How much did y'all pay to be in low hoop? lol everyone on campus even says the delts are top house. Phi delt kills goats, they have money and alumni. They are in lowhoop. That's it. Congrats tell me the last time you went to a phi delt party or actually heard of one. College is all about huge ragers. I don't consider low hoop a rager. And no one is going this year.
