Why has kappa obsessively been ranking themselves as #2 when they definitely haven't moved up that far. They are top tier and have been but last year they were barely better than zeta. Just because you got like ten hot girls this PC doesn't make up for the last few PCs and for the lack of involvement on campus and rude, exclusive girls.
