Just bc a fraternity isn't in low hoop doesn't mean they aren't the best lol so basically SigEp is the best just because they are in low hoop. Btw they have a lot more than 2 parties lol fiji is mean which kinda lowered them and phi delt has alumni and a nice house. That's it. The delts have been top house and will stay top house.
