This is a joke right? There's no way in HELL theta is even close to second. And AXO and KD above chi O?? That's hilarious. KD is bottom and is staying there. Maybe even below AXiD. Middle tier consists of Chi O, AXO, DG, and APhi. This has got to be a theta trying to make themselves not fall even further, or a KD that just has no idea where they're actually ranked.
