Facts: There are 11 NPC sororities at Texas Tech. Personally I don't know everything about every sorority but here is what I do know- Kappa Alpha Theta won the Founders Award at their Grand Convention, meaning they are the number one Theta chapter in the world. This is a HUGE honor. Kappa Delta won the prestigious award of Panhellenic Chapter of the Year for 2011-2012 and raised the 11th highest amount of money for their charity at their National Convention out of 138 chapters--thats a big deal. They are the newest chapter on campus; however, this year will be their 25th anniversary. They are usually top 5 or 6 in grades. Chi Omega has great alumni all over the USA, and a really awesome philanthropy--Make a Wish Foundation. They are usually in the top 3 for grades and consistently hold the title of homecoming queen with the exception of one year. Kappa Kappa Gamma was #1 in grades Fall semester. They have a strong sisterhood and are the perfect balance of social and academics.
