I agree with most of this however, PNM's need to be aware that if they do accept a bid & then drop they cannot go through rush until the next fall. No spring rush. If the house you really want doesn't do spring rush, this is a non issue if you drop mid pledging. ( no way to know in advance which houses will do spring rush) If they do, you will have to wait till fall and even then you don't know for sure if you get a bid. It's a gamble, but before you just accept a bid just to see how it goes you need to be completely informed.
