Just from my observations: Top houses (not in particular order) - Sig Pi: rich, arrogant, preppy, throw good parties, lots of houses Pike: similar to Sig Pi but guys throw down harder, less pretentious, brotherhood seems tigher Cal Phi: good parties, good brotherhood, toughest pledging process, throw down hard...too hard Mid houses - Sig Chi: nice guys TKE: chill guys ZBT: a combination of nice/chill/weird guys Kappa Sig: similar to ZBT but more weird guys
