The majority of people at SCU rank Theta higher than Kappa. Kappa also lost their house this year. Theta parties a lot more, is more popular and usually gets hotter PC’s, but they don’t have a great retention rate. Kappa is pretty academics-oriented and doesn’t party that much. Theta’s vibe is more edgy and “cool” while Kappa’s is more hippie, chill and granola.
