^that’s because of housing. Sig Chi and TKE threw good parties when Sig Chi had Power and TKE had OTR, but now Power is owned by Sig Pi (who barely uses it) and Rugby took OTR this year. Right now the best mid tier house is Tenspot, and IMO it is not nearly in the same league as Pent/Calphi/Kisco/most Sig Pi houses.
