Honestly theta would be top if people weren't so concerned with looks and looked at the whole picture. People consider DG top because they have the most hot girls, however most can agree that a lot of them are cliquey and have little personality (there are definitely exceptions though). Theta is definitely the most well rounded in terms of having plenty of attractive girls who are also chill and fun to party/hang out with.
