Pi Phi is not. This happens every year- girls like them in recruitment because they're chill and they get a good rep, but no one who cares about rep actually joins them. They will get a handful of pretty girls like they always do and try to use that to say they're moving up. I swear, it's the same thing with them every year. Just watch. SK is definitelyyyy moving up with DG dischartering. KD and ADPi will probably be consistent with previous years. Chi O might suffer from SK doing well, but we'll see.
