I've never been at GW for a new fraternity to start. I'm in a sorority so don't really know how it works but how do they really form? Wouldn't they want mostly sophomore, juniors, and first semester seniors for their first recruitment so that they have a large age variety? Also, how does the new fraternity mix with sororities? Just curious how it all works
