I don't agree with that-- Groups like Snu and Lambda used to be chapters of like 8 people, but now they're starting to take normal sized pledge classes, do philanthropy, etc. If GW had shut them down, it'd mean they never had a chance to pull it back together. Both of them will be normal chapters, albeit bottom tier, in a year or two. Plus, if a frat does fail, there already will be a new one on campus as a result-- TDX folded, and they now are guaranteed to come on new in 2016, AEPi lost their everything and now a new frat is coming on too. No need to change the system because it works.
