I actually agree with this. SK/Chi O/KD are just keeping quiet, biding their time and letting the others fall around them. But APHi isn't going anywhere. It might not be as clearly in the top as it is now, but it's not falling to mid tier any time soon. DG and KKG on the other hand have always struggled with reputation and have a history of getting random bad pledge classes. I can see either of them falling to mid tier. APhi though? No chance. SK/Chi O - clearly heading to the top DG/KKG - at the top but falling APhi - top and never falling KD- dark horse if they play their cards right
