They're an upper tier sorority. Not quite top tier but thats just because they haven't been here as long as the top tiers. Chi O came to GW like 6 years ago. Chi o mixes with all the top tier frats and mid tier frats, but doesn't mix with the top tiers as often as sororities like alpha phi or DG do. Thats my honest answer.
