KD and ADPi rarely mix with top tier frats. Kappa Sig and Sigma Chi don't mix with DG or Kappa and PiKapp very rarely does. Sk and Chi O pretty regularly mix with top tiers. For the most part people stick within their own tiers except Alpha phi mixes with mid tiers quite a bit but they mostly stick to top even then. Top - pike, phi psi sig ep/ alpha phi, dg Upper - pi kapp/sk, chi o Mid - sigma chi, kappa sig/kd/adpi People usually don't go up or down more than one tier.
