Top tiers mix mostly with top tiers. Bottom tiers mix mostly with bottom tiers. Middle tiers mix with everybody. Top and Bottom are the only ones that never really interact. Sigma Chi/Kappa Sig/Pi Kapp + Chi O/SK/KD/ADPi are who I mean by mid tiers who mix with everybody. Alpha Phi will occasionally stoop to mid tier/bottom tier just to improve their image but that's about it.
