Just to make it clear, i am someone who rushed last fall as a freshman and didnt get the bid i wanted. I will be rushing again this fall as a sophomore, not yet decided where but definately one of the frats i will be discussing below. I will only be talking briefly about the top 3 fraternities and pikapp. Pike: Used to be a clear number 1 last fall, they're still really good but i'm not sure if theyre still the top chapter, and if so, its not as obvious as it was in the beginning of the year. SigEp: Used to be number 2 behind Pike last fall. Unlike Pike however, they recruited a really good LARGE fall class which really boosted them up. As of now they are arguably and probably the top frat at gw. PhiPsi: At the beginning of the year, phipsi wasn't that good, nobody would compare them to sigep and pike. They took a decent class and the fall of AEPi really helped them secure their spot in the top 3. Pikapp: Again the fall of AEPi helped these guys. They took a pretty good fall class, better than PhiPsi's. The reason that PhiPsi is till better than they are is because pikapp's older guys include alot of weird guys, some cool but more weird ones. That being said, I believe everyone, specifically freshman should checkout all chapters and decide for yourself which one you like best, try to take greekrank with not only a grain of salt but the whole shaker as some fraternities selfrank alot while others don't really care, most people don't even know what greekrank is. Good Luck!
