PiKapp is closer to sigma chi than the other three. Doesn't really matter what SK thinks, SK is upper mid and number four, just like PiKapp. Pike and PiKapp both have a lot of weird guys now and take just about anyone at rush. For every cool guy in PiKapp there are like three or four weird ones so its pretty inaccurate to say they're one of the best. This is obvious to most of us.
