^this. You won't get APhi unless you're stunning, and DG maybe but you probably need to know one of them beforehand. SK, Chi O, ADPi, KD, and KKG would all be good options for you. There are stoners in all of them, although probably fewer in ADPi. Based on weed usage, KKG and Chi O sound like the best fits for you. As for money, that's going to be difficult, not going to lie. Not only do you pay dues, you will donate to philanthropies, buy sorority gear, and likely have to get a new wardrobe for recruitment. It is even more expensive than you realize but if you join the right chapter it's worth it.
