They do care they just don't win. Pi kapp tries really hard in pikus and never wins anything. Sig ep does as well. You can't legitimately call yourself top tier if you never win anything relevant and then say "well we never cared anyway" when its blatantly obvious you just lost and claimed to have never cared.
