The guys who are in the top fraternities that are falling quickly (Pike?) will do anything (even post on greekrank.com) to make it look like they're still top house. Sure Pike's bounced back from bad years. As a senior I've watched them do it. But social norms are changing and lets be real - 50% of your PC dropped. I think we're entering a time where fraternities will have to be better in more than just pikus to be considered great.
