APhi doesn't take sophomores/juniors/seniors, like ever, so count them out. I personally would not rush ADPi, they're going downhill reallyyy fast and just aren't very nice or fun (doubt theyre doing spring rush anyway). Sigma Kappa is a good choice (and they may do spring rush), not sure if they're willing to take a junior though. Don't know a whole lot about DPE but I'm pretty sure there are many girls in it that are also in panhellenic sororities as well so you can definitely do it. But have a bit more of an open mind when it comes to the panhellenic sororities, dont just consider the 3 you listed.
