Chi O really wants to be a top house. They're well on their way to achieving that goal and any frat guy will tell you they're pretty obsessed with mixing with the top houses. They love partying and they're competitive as well. They don't exactly try to play hard to get though. SK has a tight sisterhood but they don't seem to care as much about being a top house. They're pretty diverse and happy doing their own thing. SK seems to like bringing in unique girls rather than a specific type of girl.
