Has a townhouse, excellent parties as well as the best upperclassmen. Just because they had a down year doesn't mean Pike has them outclassed completely. Sigep keeps a low profile (perhaps understandably) but they pull. Pike's incoming juniors are horrible. Pike is one bad class from being #3 on campus.
