Also, the reason I put phi psi at number 3, is because a lot of girls consider them to be the #1 house and they compete with pike and sig ep at rush. They have a townhouse and strong presence. Now I have them ranked below pike and sig ep and maybe even aepi. They lost most of their top recruits to pike but they're still pretty solid. Thats why I put them at 3. They have some good parties and are probably better at athletics than the ones lower on this list except maybe aepi.
