Do we have any official confirmation on this? If not it makes no sense to speculate. If it is true, then I have to wonder where they're going to have their common area since there are only two in strong, and how Theta will help considering they constantly have to COB so they have similar membership number issues Chi O is facing. Sort of doesn't make sense to put two struggling chapters together to alleviate the financial burdens of having housing. However having a house could help them compete with chapters like SDT and Phi Sig since both have houses, and getting a house was very helpful for SDT.
