Pretty accurate description of phi sig. Those girls really don't care about ranking at all and don't get caught up in the bottom rank position. Does a lot in philanthropy and from what I've seen from my friends have a really close sisterhood. All the girls are super involved on campus that you've probably met at least 10 phi sigs and didn't even know it. They do whatever they want, embrace what they do, and don't care what others think. Also have a decent STEM population if you are struggling to find other STEM girls on campus.
