i am originally from the south so i have seen a lot of my friends go through recruitment from sec schools and i worry over the lack of diversity within the sororities there, because of this i am a little bit self conscious about being a minority and i was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to overcome this (especially with the recruitment process) or is a minority who has gone through the process
