definitely get involved to get a better feel for the houses. GW doesn't have a big feeder school situation like your average state school, so the only way you'd go in to first semester with favorites in mind is either from knowing like 2 people from your high school or from greekrank, and neither of those gives an accurate depiction of all greek life. Definitely get involved to get a good idea of what girls you connect with, and I know at least for my chapter if a PNM wasn't involved at all first semester it's a huge red flag. Best advice, get off greekrank while you still can. This site can get addicting and you don't want to ruin the potential great rush you might have by not having an open mind.
