tbh while I don't agree that KD is equal to ADPi, I also don't think this screams KD self ranking. Doubt they'd admit their PC 16 pretty much sucked, rank Theta anywhere other than the bottom, or give really any positive feedback about pi phi. Seems more like a Chi O self ranking by separating themselves from ADPi (and putting ADPi equal to KD) and turning every criticism into a compliment. I think it's intended to distract other mid-tiers with the KD stuff so they don't accuse Chi O of self ranking (again). then again, everyone self ranks, so unless you're really worried about your position, it shouldn't bother you that much.
