AEPhi may be doing a closed COB- so only extending bids to girls already friends with them and not anyone else. Kappa, KD, Phi Sig, and Theta are open to anyone I think. Also, I think Theta extended 9 bids- if you see the picture, one of the actives is holding a sign for a new member so I think they extended 9 and 1 girl couldn't make it to bid day.
