Sig Nu's def not a top frat but I'd say they're above SAE, Phi Delt and DSP. Everyone's above PSK. You could def argue they're tied w Lambda but honestly I like them better. A lot of them are nerdy but they're not creepy like some Lambdas. Sig Nu is def not the hardest partying or most athletic, but there's a bunch of nice guys there. They're def not what you think of when you think of a stereotypical frat. They have a lot of diversity, so some are nerdy, some are kinda weird, some are pretty chill. It's a v mixed bag. Some are better than others, but I think overall they're better than people give them credit for. By no means a top house, but I'd say better than you might otherwise expect
