Chi O are so bad they have nowhere to go but up so if you want to call them rising go ahead. Sk is not rising theyve been #3 or 4 for a while now and will probably not move up or down anytime soon. Kappa is falling but theyre still better than chi o or sdt by a lot. Kappa still hangs out with the top frats. Theyre probably behind sk now though.
