Quite honestly, all the cattiness on here is not reflective of Greek Life at SU. These discussions are a mixture of a couple of mean girls (every sorority has one!) and also random people who are in a sorority at another school and want to defend it at SU or just plain trolls. If you're on here as a high school student, Southwestern Greek Life will probably disappoint you, because you're obviously looking for ranks, tiers, etc like you'd find at UT. It happened to me. The kind of people that make up most of Greek Life at SU are girls who "never thought they'd join a sorority" and end up liking it. This school is small and we're are all friends with girls in other sororities. Literally, everyone. It's not like other schools where you avoid your rival sorority like the plague. We all get along pretty well. Sure we have pride in our sororities and friendly competition but it's nothing like this website.
