Top: Definitely seeing aphi/agd as tops this year, they’ve got good pledge classes and have done a good job cobing (plus they have houses) Mid: AOii is a mid to top just cause a lot of girls drop and have some horror stories and they don’t have a house BUT they are popular with frats. Piphi is also houseless and their girls are pretty hit or miss. Either good looking or total swamp monsters Bottom: theta. nuff said.
