Nobody considers Sigs a top house anymore. They were about 3 years ago. The only girls that still do are the 4th or 5th year girls. LXA is a top house - but I've heard they're having plenty of internal troubles. They're a fairly new frat too, where Sigs is the second oldest on campus I think. LXA probably won't be here in 10 years - where Sigs definitely will.
