The frats seem pretty accurate. Sigs lost a lot of big guys and they won't be what they were a few years ago, but definitely still a top frat. LXA is losing their most popular guys, but they're good enough to be a top frat at least for this year. FIJI's old guys are good, but the new pledge classes are horrible. They're up there for now but not long. PIKE is like FIJI - the old guys are good, but the majority of the chapter is irrelevant. DU's new pledge classes were great but also really small. On the rise but still mid-tier cause of the creepy old guys holding them back. Zeta's lost all their popular guys now, and they're on the verge of collapse from what I've heard. But their rep still keeps them mid-tier. These 6 are the social frats. Join any one of these. Any other frat is irrelevant.
