Western is literally the wild west, American Schools have lots of oversight having their houses on campus and actual greek departments within their schools with "greek life advisors" We have an international headquarters that can punish us but thats about it, these chapters are self funded and non-affiliated with the university as a whole, the university doesnt take credit for any of the good we do but also gets to wash their hands clean of any potential liabilities
