Is this order a joke? A Phi and DG are top Theta is not at the bottom. Third in my opinion Yes, Kappa is last. I'm sorry, but the fist comment is spot on. Kappa has been last for many years and will be last for many years. They are the only house that doesn't meet total every year, also.
