What was Phi Psi still deserves to be in there. In between Beta and Sigma Chi. Whoever wrote this was obviously a KA or a Chi Psi. Chi Psi is in the Big 3 but I wouldn't necessarily say they are the top. No way KA is above both Phi Delt and Kappa Sig, but Chi Psi is still above KA.
