It is impossible to place pi phi over chi o or chi o over pi phi. They are both top sororities, strong sisterhoods, very well rounded. They are just different from each other, but also why they have so many friend groups between them. The same is true that it is too soon to put AGD in the ranks, that is unfair because they are so new they have not had to prove themselves yet.
