Clearly its the house whose members are most likely to make out with each other because thats totally what every fratty guy wants right? ;-) Seriously the only people who care about who is #1 or #2 is like Alpha Phi and TKE. Anyone who knows alumni from like 10 years ago knows that the Top 3 for both Fraternities and Sororities were different back then. And it would probably be different in 10 years time.
