both equal but TKE is on the RIse whereas Lambda is declining. Current ranks are: Phi Psi then Sigma Chi TKE and LXA equal. Both top houses but can see LXA going into Upper Middle by Fall 2016 whereas TKE will probably be fighting with Phi Psi for top tier by then.
