I know a lot of thetas, tri delts, gamma phis, and axos who are very career driven and would be great for what you're looking for! I agree that the stereotypical top house and that agd/adpi might not be the best either, though I do know many career driven adpis as well. However, that being said, every single house has girls that are highly motivated and successful, so whatever house you join I'm sure you will find your place.
