If you seriously care, based purely on who gets the girls they want and who frats like to party with the most: kappa, then DG, then theta, and maybe pi phi. Based on sisterhood is another story entirely. Of these, I think pi phi's is decent at least. Honestly just ignore the rankings. Why would you want to be in a "top" house when all you seem them doing is bash each other?
